Holiday Shipping Information
Due to complications from Covid, international shipping delays, and the typical seasonal rush, the USPS and UPS may experience a backlog on packages and deliveries. We cannot guarantee that orders placed before these dates will make it by the 24th.
We here at The Leather Guy will continue to ship your order in as little as 24 hours after payment. But once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot expedite or change the speed at which it arrives to its destination.
We suggest insuring your orders at checkout with our partner Route, just in case your order should get lost or stolen in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot resend or refund lost packages sent without insurance. Route is inexpensive and very simple to open a case with.
We also highly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number each day until it has arrived at your shipping address. This way you can alert the postal service or your shipping insurance of any discrepancies as soon as you spot them.
We ask that you be patient with shipping, it is a very busy time of year and everyone is working around the clock to make sure packages are getting where they need to be as quickly as possible!
